Clifford John Halpin
Obituary
Clifford John Halpin, age 82, of Bridgeport, passed away in his home on December 18, 2022.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, Cliff graduated from Bassick High School in 1958. He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1962 to 1965. Cliff had a long successful career as a Senior Analyst for General Electric Company and continued working several years more as the Shipping and Receiving Manager for 3030 Park Avenue before his retirement. A kindhearted man, he regularly supported several charitable organizations, and had a love for all animals.
Clifford's memory will be cherished by his sons, Joseph Halpin and his wife Sharon of Shelton, Michael Halpin of Derby, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as a few good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Clifford Joseph Halpin and Jean Kish Halpin, and his sister, Jean Brady.
Friends may greet his family on Thursday from 1030-1130 AM in the Larson Funeral Home, Preplanning & Cremation Services, (NOW LOCATED at) 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. His interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery.
