Heather Krafick

Heather Jeanine Krafick, age 33, of Tomball Texas, formerly of Trumbull, passed away on August 14, 2017.  Heather was the beloved daughter of Kimberley Sue Krafick and George J. Krafick, Jr.  Heather’s heart and soul were her four children, John Joseph Lachioma IV of Easton, Ayla Sue, Delaney Annalise and Eliza Leigh Ramos of Tomball Texas along with their father Anthony Ramos. Heather is survived by her sister, Amanda Scholl and her husband Michael Scholl of Naugatuck, her brothers Casey A. Krafick and Thomas R. Hemond of Trumbull, her step-father Robert Hemond, Jr. of Trumbull;her maternal grandparents, Susan and Thomas McCurry of Brooksville, FL and her paternal grandmother Cheryl Krafick of Milford.  Heather is also survived by her step-sister Kimberly Watson and her husband Thomas of Trumbull, Ashley Lenart of Trumbull, her step brothers Jeremy Hemond of Stratford and Robert Hemond of Trumbull. Heather is predeceased by her paternal grandfather George Joseph Krafick, Sr.  Heather issurvived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece.  Heather graduated from Trumbull High in 2002 and attended schooling to become a CNA.  Heather will be remembered for her radiant smile and caring soul.  A wake will be held on Monday, September 11th from 5-7 p.m. at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave. in Bridgeport.
