Welcome to the memorial page for

Edward J Reilly

January 5, 2018

Reilly- Edward J. Reilly II, passed away unexpectedly and now is peacefully at home with his parents, beloved brother Terry, and grandson Robert Edward. He was proudly born in Dallas, TX, on July 29,1954. A doer, a self-made entrepreneur, and forward thinker from day one; his determination to provide remains unwavering. His work ethic is unequivocally beyond compare. No matter what the odds, what the adversity he did what he set out to do.Taught some of us along the way, but impacted all he came across. He retired as a successful business owner and operator of Fortuna’s Deli. He is survived by his sisters Donna, Sue, Sharon, Debbie  and Kathy. His children Eddie, Tommy, Chrissy and Sean. His grandchildren Ava, Liam, Ella and looking forward to the newest addition to the family, Edward J. Reilly 4th. A continuation of his legacy but who unfortunately he will not get to know. If you knew him, heard of him, or knew someone who spoke of Ed, Eddie, Dad, Pops, Popop, or Uncle Ed, then you understand to some degree the man behind his accomplishments. We ask you to come or call, share your fond memories of him with us and we will share ours with you. He loved the great outdoors, fishing, gardening, building things with his hands and all of God’s creations. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday at 6:00 pm at the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Ave, Bridgeport. Interment will be private.
